salt
Fresh coconut milk - 1 cup or powder 5 tspn desolve in hot water

coconut oil
fenugreek - 1/2 tspn
curry leaves - 1/2 tspn
fennel seed -1/2
red chilli powder - one tspn
coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
