Soft Wheat chappathi
Ingredients
wheat flour - 1 cup
ghee or oil - 1/2 tspn
hot water - 1/4 cup
rainbow milk or milk - 2 tbspn
salt - to taste
sugar - 1/2 tspn
Method
In a bowl add wheat flour,sugar,salt, melted ghee rainbow milk mix it well and add hot water and mix with
fork and leave 2 minutes, Now apply oil and your palm and make a smooth dough.
And close the lid and rest for 10 minutes.
now divide dough into equal size balls , dust the flour and prepare thin
chappthis with rlling pin.
Heat a tawa (pan) and put the prepared thick chappathi and cook for 2 minutes flip over and cook for another 2
minutes.
